We presented our Rock Challenge entry to a packed audience in Stevenage on Wednesday 24th February. We left school at 7am and spent the whole day at the venue rehearsing, dancing and just generally having lots of fun. Our students had impeccable attitudes and standards of behaviour all day.

When the show came around, the team performed amazingly well and were well received by the audience. I am pleased to say that we won awards for ‘Outstanding Student Leadership’ and ‘Most Entertaining Performance’. These awards were thoroughly deserved. Well done team.

I am very proud of the students efforts. They have worked extremely hard since October to create a fantastic production and should be very proud of themselves. I feel very lucky to have such talented, well behaved, polite and enthusiastic students. Thank you to all of you. Thanks also to the Student Leadership Team for driving the whole production, well done.

I would also like to thank all the staff and families who came to watch and support us. We hope you enjoyed the performance. Thank you to parents who have supported us throughout the whole process, transporting students to rehearsals and such like. Similarly, thank you for all the kind emails and feedback you have sent me about our performance.

The whole HUS Rock Challenge 2010 Team were wonderful and I had a great time working with you all. You will all go down in history as the Team of HUS’s first ever Rock Challenge entry.
