      Guidance notes for use of student emails (Office 365) Welcome to O365!

      You now have access to Office 365 email. Going forward this will expand to take advantage of classroom collaboration tools.

      Your user name is your email address (username@students.harlington.org) and your password will be the same as the one you use to login to the school network. You will have an opportunity to test this in ICT rooms first.

      For access to the calendar of school events, you will need to view your calendar, then from the Add calendar drop down select From directory. In the From directory box enter WebCal, select the result and click Open.

      All emails will be checked for inappropriate content, and any emails containing such content will be sent to the administrator.

      NOTE: Our school IT policy apply to all email accounts – the emphasis is on you using this software responsibly, rather than blocking content. However if you are found using this resource inappropriately, your account will be removed.

      Remember, this is an educational resource to be used for educational purposes.
