Whether you are a student who is keen to secure a higher apprenticeship or school leaver programme or apply to a leading University, the CEIAG team are available to offer impartial solution focused careers guidance meetings.
We pride ourselves on our person centred and action planning approach and recognise the importance of evaluating and reviewing our provision so we are meeting the needs of our students and their families.
Harlington Upper School measures and assesses the impact of its careers programme through student surveys and student panels, using destination data and by using the COMPASS tool each term to reflect on progress towards the Gatsby benchmarks. We also work closely with our SEMLEP adviser to gauge the strengths of the careers programme against other schools in the County and beyond.
If you have any general questions about our careers service, you can contact our Careers Leader, Mr M Munshi or Mr J Thompson.
You can ask your form tutor, year leader or parent to arrange an appointment or alternatively visit the Library to speak to a team member.
