The Learning Support team at Harlington want to ensure that all students with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disability) are able to access the curriculum and reach their potential. Our team of teaching assistants, headed up by our HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant), works to support students in their lessons and provide interventions in 1 to 1 or small groups where appropriate. We also offer support in our Learning Support room which is staffed by a teaching assistant before school, at break and lunchtime and after school.
